Return and refund policy

Digital downloads

We do not accept returns for digital downloads.

If you experience an issue with your downloaded file, please contact us at hello@studio-sur.com so we can work with you on a resolution.

Physical prints

Each physical print is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected when ordering, or a preference for a different print material or frame color.

If your order arrives with a print-quality issue or you receive the wrong product, please contact hello@studio-sur.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed print-quality issue or incorrect product.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Caftari candles

Caftari makes and fulfills our Curated Finds candles. The made-to-order photographic-print restrictions above do not automatically apply to candles. For a return, cancellation, damage, incorrect item, or delivery issue, contact hello@studio-sur.com with your order number and, where relevant, clear photographs. Studio Sur will coordinate with Caftari and confirm the available resolution under the applicable return terms and consumer law. Please contact us before returning a candle so we can confirm the correct return address.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
